Hot Topics in Domestic and International Tax Litigation
If there is time, we will also discuss some issues to consider when dealing with experts. The litigation topic will cover recent case law developments with respect to the (i) R&D credit, (ii) attorney-client privilege and attorney work product, (iii) foreign tax credits, (iv) cost sharing, and (v) economic substance. On the expert topic, we will discuss the different types of experts from a litigation perspective and considerations when dealing with both.

For non-members, the cost is $25.00 payable at the door. Member substitution is not allowed for Round Table meetings.

You may park in the Houston Club Building, the Chase Tower Garage on the corner of Travis and Texas, the Ten-Ten garage on the corner of McKinney and Milam (approximately 3 block walk). Parking will be validated for a reduced rate at the Houston Club Building Only. |
