TOPIC: Guidance for Mexico’s 2020 Tax Reform: Traps for the Unwary
LEARNING OBJECTIVE: The presentation will include a general discussion on the impact of the 2020 Mexican Tax Reform for American companies with operations in Mexico, analyzing traps for the unwary and providing guidance on the legal consequences such companies may face in this new tax environment.
PREREQUISITE: None
CREDIT HOURS: 1 hour CLE/CPE

PARKING: Parking will be validated in the parking garage at 1100 Caroline St., The Downtown Club is on the top floor of the parking garage structure. Proceed to the NE elevator bank and go up to level "C”.
PAYMENT: For TEI Houston Chapter members, there is no charge. For everyone else, the cost is $35.00 payable at the door. Member substitution is not allowed for Roundtable meetings.
