REGISTRATION COST: Full-Day Sessions are $275.00
The Half-Day Ethics Session is $137.50
REGISTRATION DISCOUNT: A $50 Early Bird Discount for a full day session applies to all registrations completed and paid by Friday, January 18, 2019 at 11:00 pm Central time (for the February Tax School) and by Friday, April 5, 2019 at 11:00 pm Central time (for the May Tax School).
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: On-line registration is available until Friday, February 15, 2019 at 11:00 pm Central time for the February Tax School.
On-line registration is available until Friday, May 3, 2019 at 11:00 pm Central time for the May Tax School.
PAYMENT: Payments can be made via credit card or check. PAYMENTS ARE DUE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF REGISTRATION.
SWITCHES AND SUBSTITUTIONS: Attendees can switch between sessions or have a colleague substitute in a session that you registered should you foresee difficulty in attending. Switching sessions or substitutions require prior approval and is subject to availability.

Please contact Rosalinda Elizalde for prior approval for switching and substitutions as these cannot be made online after your registration is completed. Requests for switch and substitutions must be completed by Wednesday, February 13, 2019 for February Tax School and by Friday, April 26, 2019 for May Tax School. You will receive a confirmation.
REFUNDS: No refunds will be issued.
PARKING: Hyatt Regency Downtown offers limited Valet parking. Please see registration desk for a discount voucher for valet parking. There are several paid parking lots near the Hyatt Regency Downtown.

The link to the electronic presentation materials, where applicable and available, will be emailed to each attendee in advance of the class. Be sure to check the junk or spam folder for the link. Paper copies of the class material will not be distributed. Please bring the electronic presentations with you to class.

TEI-Houston Tax School’s registration desk opens at 7:45 am each day of the Tax School Sessions. Each attendee must sign in at the front desk and receive a name badge. You are not considered fully registered until you sign in at the front desk. Classes begin at 8:30 a.m.

Continental breakfast will be provided to attendees from 7:45 am. There will be a morning and an afternoon break with refreshments. Lunch is also provided as part of the registration cost. Lunch is not included for the half-day session TS1918 Ethics for CPAs. If you have a special dietary need (i.e. gluten allergy, dairy allergy) please let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate you.
