TOPIC: Best Practices for Handling State Tax Controversies
LEARNING OBJECTIVE: This presentation is designed to give a broad overview of the state tax controversy process from beginning to end. As part of this presentation, we plan to discuss best practices from our experiences for state tax audits and administrative hearings.

PARKING: Parking will be validated in the parking garage at 1100 Caroline St., The Downtown Club is on the top floor of the parking garage structure. Proceed to the NE elevator bank and go up to level "Cā€.
PAYMENT: For TEI members who have paid the Annual Pre-Bill, there is no charge. For everyone else, the cost is $35.00 payable at the door. Member substitution is not allowed for Roundtable meetings.
