TOPIC: Subpart F and Section 956 Post Tax Reform
LEARNING OBJECTIVE: The presentation will include a general discussion on the changes to subpart F rules introduced by tax reform (extended/permanent), basketing FTCs, calculating high tax exceptions, deemed paid credits, and 956 proposed regulations.
PREREQUISITE: None
CREDIT HOURS: 1 hour CLE/CPE

PARKING: Parking will be validated in the parking garage at 1100 Caroline St., The Downtown Club is on the top floor of the parking garage structure. Proceed to the NE elevator bank and go up to level "C”.
PAYMENT: For TEI Houston Chapter members, there is no charge. For everyone else, the cost is $35.00 payable at the door. Member substitution is not allowed for Roundtable meetings.
